We're dedicated to providing compassionate and diverse treatment for mental health. Our team offers a variety of approaches to support your well-being, whether you're mental health counseling or mental health prescribing support with medication management. We provide care in an outpatient setting at our locations in Stoughton and Dedham, as well as In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentor services through the Children's Behavioral Health Initiative. To make our services accessible, all of our appointments are available via telehealth and in-person.

Outpatient Services

We accept most major health insurances, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Evernorth (Cigna), WellSense, Mass General Brigham, Optum, Tufts, MBHP, Mass Health, Commonwealth Care Alliance, Unicare, Medicare + others!
​We will confirm your coverage during the intake call and initial scheduling.
Medication Management
  • Comprehensive assessment with a psychiatric nurse practitioner
  • Treatment goals developed collaboratively between client and clinician
  • Ongoing, regular follow-up appointments with a supportive, knowledgeable psychiatric nurse practitioner to move toward treatment goals​
  • Referral and resource support

  • Comprehensive assessment with Master's-level therapist

In-Home Services

For eligible youth age 20-years and younger seeking intensive, in-home family services. Our in-home clinicians speak Spanish, Cape Verdean Creole, Portuguese, Swahili, Luganda, Acholi, Lusoga, & Runyakitara.

In-Home Therapy
Therapeutic Mentor
  • In depth intake assessment with a Master's-level In-Home Therapy (IHT) clinician and Therapeutic Training & Support (TTS) staff​​
  • IHT clinicians collaborate with TTS staff to work with your family in your home to strengthen relationships, support your child, resolve conflicts, learn new ways to understand each other, create new helpful routines, and find community resources.
  • Referred by Master's level therapist
  • TMs support youth with skill building and navigating experiences based on their individual needs. TMs help with the following (and more!): learning to make and maintain friendships, getting along better with other kids at school, improving organization and school performance, developing communication skills to better speak up for themselves, and strategies to calm down when big emotions come up​
