Services

We pride ourselves on delivering compassionate, diverse care with a variety of approaches. Our clinicians offer care in an outpatient setting via therapy and medication management at our locations in Stoughton and Dedham. We also offer In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentor services via the Children's Behavioral Health Initiative.
All services available via telehealth and in-person!

Outpatient Services

We accept most major health insurances, including: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, Evernorth (Cigna), WellSense, Mass General Brigham, Optum, Tufts, MBHP, Mass Health, Commonwealth Care Alliance, Unicare, Medicare + others!
​We will confirm your coverage during the intake call and initial scheduling.

Outpatient Therapy

  • Comprehensive assessment with Master's-level therapist
  • Treatment goals developed collaboratively between client and clinician
  • Ongoing, regular follow-up appointments with a compassionate outpatient clinician to move toward treatment goals
  • Referral and resource support

Medication Management

  • Comprehensive assessment with a psychiatric NP
  • Treatment goals developed collaboratively between client and clinician
  • Ongoing, regular follow-up appointments with a supportive, knowledgeable psychiatric nurse practitioner to move toward treatment goals
  • Referral and resource support

In-Home Services

For eligible youth age 20-years and younger seeking intensive, in-home family services.
​We accept Fallon, MBHP, Mass General Brigham, Tufts, or WellSense insurance through Mass Health.

In-Home Therapy

Therapeutic Mentor
  • In depth intake assessment with a Master's-level In-Home Therapy (IHT) clinician and Therapeutic Training & Support (TTS) staff​​
  • IHT clinicians collaborate with TTS staff to work with your family in your home to strengthen relationships, support your child, resolve conflicts, learn new ways to understand each other, create new helpful routines, and find community resources.
  • Referred by Master's level therapist
  • TMs support youth with skill building and navigating experiences based on their individual needs. TMs help with the following (and more!): learning to make and maintain friendships, getting along better with other kids at school, improving organization and school performance, developing communication skills to better speak up for themselves, and strategies to calm down when big emotions come up.
